About Me
I am a fibre artist living and working in beautiful Mudeford in Dorset. I specialise in creating expressive animal sculptures out of pure wool, each one unique and with its own personality. My particular interest is in creating sculptures of beloved pets, especially dogs, and wild animals, especially hares and rabbits. I sell my work directly at art or craft fairs and galleries, and through this website, (see Shop page for available pieces), as well as my Etsy shop, ArtemisFibreArt@etsy.com. My sculptures have found homes all around the world. I also run occasional workshops for individuals or small groups from my home.
I specialise in creating mini sculptures of beloved dogs, in particular King Charles Cavalier spaniels. These are often commissioned as memorials, and bring great comfort.
I also specialise in beautiful realistic hare sculptures, although I welcome commissions for any animal or pet.
I am passionate about my work and I source only the best natural materials. I take care to make sure every piece I create is up to my own high standards and is what I would expect when buying something for myself.
